Job Description - Product Executive
Reporting Line: General Manager Operations
The Role Description
The Product Executive will be responsible for the product development, maintenance and marketing support for the company’s product categories. This individual will develop and implement strategic initiatives and marketing plans for existing as well as new products that are consistent with the company’s sales/profit objectives. The Product Executive will be given full P&L responsibility for his/her product category and will be expected to manage all aspects of product lifecycles from introduction to maturity and exit strategy.
The main responsibility for this function is developing and rolling out a range of new products and services to support the implementation of the Company’s business plan while driving the performance improvements process in product development.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities and demand (market) for new and innovative products and services for development and subsequently lead this development projects working with the communications consultants and experts
- Oversees research and development of new products and services as well as related marketing and sales strategies for these products by providing customers with product or service information to assist them in determining appropriate merchandise to purchase
- Recommends additional products or services to meet customer needs by integrating research, development, sales and marketing strategies to successfully install new products and services or to revise existing product lines
- Maintain a culture of innovation and drive teams to produce results that incorporate innovation, utilize cutting edge technology, and advance a consistent state of the art product design
- Responsible for working with account Executives and customers to define and manage successful execution of product development projects from start to finish and provide technical assistance, training and leadership for sales, customer service, and the customers as a subject matter expert
Knowledge, Skills:
- Knowledgeable in managing all aspects of new product development; defining product specifications, profitability analysis, market feedback, launch strategy and market communication support
- Experience in product marketing, with a solid track record of developed and launched devices/ services that have been on time, within budget, met requirements, and have been well accepted by customers
- Conversant with the steps to develop sales training material for retailers, sales representatives and company associates possessing basic presentation skills to demonstrate products and do technical training sessions
- Evident commercial aptitude to understand customers and to help define product needs and value propositions
- Familiar with the process of monitoring and analyzing market trends and maintain ongoing competitive and market analysis, performing market research (quantitative and qualitative) when necessary in order to capitalize on new product and business opportunities
Qualification:
- Minimum of 1st Degree from a recognized University preferably in any social science, technical or engineering course
- NYSC discharge certificate
Competences:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (Ability to communicate effectively in English Language is compulsory)
- Ability to use good judgment and make sound decisions
- Ability to take initiative when required (evidence of such application in previous employment will be added advantage)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to work with and meet deadlines
- Proficient use of Microsoft Power point, Word and Excel

Job Description – Key Account Executive
Reporting Line: General Manager, Operations
The Role Description:
A Key Account Executive communicates with the operators on behalf of the Company, maintaining existing services (Callertunez, SMS and IVR-based services, shortcodes, promos, etc.) and working with the Products department to come up with new creative services that would appeal to the operators and ultimately increasing monthly and annual turnover in line with agreed sales targets.
Duties and responsibilities
- Maintain and develop existing and new services with operators, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
- Monitoring and evaluation of service provided to client on a regular basis
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets;
- Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on all services provided for operators
- Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports Callertunez tracks, shortcodes, etc. with highest and lowest hits
- Support product development by testing newly created services and acting as a Senior User
- Attend and present at operator-related meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development for operators’ services.
- Ensure logs are generated and sent or received as at when due
Knowledge, Skills:
- Managing difficult clients
- Proficient use of Excel, Power point and Word
- Understanding of the VAS industry
- Understanding of regulatory provisions relating to the industry
Qualification:
- Minimum of 1st Degree from a recognized University. preferably in any social science, technical or engineering course
- NYSC discharge certificate
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Service sales (experience in a similar position with a VAS company or GSM operator will be added advantage)

Job Description – Media Partnership Administrator
Reporting Line: This role reports to the Media Manager
The Role Description
The Media Partnership Administrator is responsible for the profitability of the company’s media partnership as well as the relationship/perception of the company by the media partners (Television, radio and print).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure proper marketing/commercial profitability of services run with the partners
- Work on initiatives that will drive the service at the media location.
- Come up with promos to generate revenues for the partners
- Work closely with media management and broadcasters to create program initiatives (where possible) aimed at marketing the service
- Ensure that hardware and software infrastructure at partners’ locations are always up, running and well maintained
- Work closely with the Multi-media development team to ensure timely production and delivery of Promo materials
- Generate and deliver daily, weekly and monthly report as at and when due
- Ensure that client complaints on our service(s) are communicated and treated with urgency.
- Manage the relationship between the media partner and the Company.
Location:
Candidate will be required to work from client’s location in Abuja,
Owerri, Lagos( Ikeja), Port Harcourt.
Knowledge/Qualification:
- Minimum of SSCE and at least a Certificate in Systems Engineering from a well known institution
- B Sc. in a technology related course
- Work experience in a media house (Radio, Television or Radio) will be added advantage
Competences:

Job Description- Driver to the G.M.D
Description:
The Executive Driver provides reliable, courteous and efficient transportation service to the Group M.D with safety as top priority. He also maintains the assigned vehicle(s) as well as other duties that may be assigned from time. The successful candidate will have a zero accident record as well as an in-depth knowledge of defensive driving on Lagos roads.
Reporting line:
1. Supervisor: Office Manager and P.A to G.M.D
2. Employees Supervised: Does not supervise any employees.
3. Other: Works with others as advised from time to time.
Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:
The responsibilities include but are limited to:
- Operating and maintaining the assigned vehicle(s) with a focus on safety and courteous service
- Performing daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle(s) inspections
- Performing minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary
- Keeping the assigned vehicle(s) clean all the time
- Fueling the vehicle(s) ensuring that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported
- Documenting vehicle usage as instructed
- Preparing reports if necessary
- Providing other services as requested by the Group M.D
- Ensuring the renewal of car particulars as and at when due.
Location:
The chosen candidate will work majorly between Lagos Island and Lekki Phase
Knowledge/Qualification:
- Minimum of S.S.C.E with at least a pass in English
- Extensive working knowledge of Nigerian traffic regulations, road signs and markings as well routes in Lagos (emphasis on the Island)
- Possession of a valid drivers’ license
- Training in defensive driving.
Competences:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (Ability to communicate effectively in English Language is compulsory, ability to communicate effectively in 1 other Nigerian language will be added advantage.
- Ability to use good judgment and make sound decisions
- Ability to take initiative when required
- Effective control of financial resources that may be disbursed for use from time to time
- Understanding of Lagos roads
Other Requirements:
The driver must be resident on Lagos Island, Lekki or Victoria Island
